Duterte approves MARIJUANA.
If the Filipino people were smart they would take the profits away from the criminals and use the profits from marijuana to kill isis instead. Now only the criminals profit from marijuana, it it were available to the adult public in government approved stores, or home grow was allowed the criminal element would profit no more from it.
