If we allow this to be legalized, dapat lang higpitan para walang mag-abuso. Just put limitations and the conditions of using it, Hindi ito basta basta lang gamitin ng maraming GRAMM at KILOS. It depends on the patients na may sakit, and must be with prescriptions (eg. ilang beses ito gamitin sa isang araw and or must have regulated daily allowance (RDA) na kailangan. Anything excessive is not good to health.
